I currently serve as Vice President of Sales for one of the largest software companies in the world and formerly the Director of Global Sales for one of the largest financial institutions in the world. For nearly 30 years, I've led individuals, teams, and organizations to success by helping them strip away the noise, focus on what really matters, and execute proven processes at the highest level.
But, I'm also Michael Dempsey. I've hit rock bottom and rebuilt my life multiple times. I've faced health issues, navigated corporate politics, endured divorce, and put in the grueling work to confront deep-seated trauma that has affected every aspect and every relationship of my life.
And yet, I’m also Michael Dempsey. I'm an enlightened husband, father, executive, entrepreneur, athlete, and friend. After realizing the same principles that made me successful in business could be applied to my personal life, I was able to blur the lines between these roles and bring my authentic self to each one, without the noise, finding a fulfilling balance. In 2023, I founded Dempsey Consulting with one mission: Pay it forward. My clients shorten their paths to fulfillment through honest self-assessment, clarity, the development of actionable strategies that enhance authenticity and deliver sustainable success - at work, at home, and within.
